OR
B. Call 1-877-525-6554 so one of our pharmacist can create your account.
Either way, you will get your account ID and password from your pharmacist in order to log in the TELUS platform.
2. Place your order
To place your first order, do any of the following:
A. Mail your pharmacist your original prescription
OR
B. Have your physician “call in” your prescription to your pharmacist.
OR
C. Transfer your prescriptions by calling your pharmacy.
OR
D. Fill out the RX-Repeats Form, available on The Pharmacy page, in this website.

Medications are always delivered in appropriate containers: either bubble envelopes or polystyrene containers specially designed for medications that must be kept cool.
Our packaging is completely discrete; contents are not listed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept Interac transfers and are listed as suppliers with BMO and Caisses Desjardins.
Telus platform allows all pharmacist owner-operators to manage their client / medication database. The Rx-Repeats Form will eventually be removed. It is there solely for transition period.
